I knew Casey and Brandon were the right choice for selling our condo. This was a tricky sale in a really tough market but Casey and Brandon rolled with us and from the first call they built trust and confidence.

What I appreciated most was how much effort they put into the details. They didn’t just put the condo on the market, they took the time to really get to know the building and community, the history, the pros and cons, and they built a smart marketing plan around it. They also saved us money on renovations by being super mindful of our budget and advising on where it made sense to spend (and where not to). That made a huge difference.

They worked really hard, caught details that other agents might have missed, and were always available and clear about next steps. They made a tough process much smoother, and the result speaks for itself.

I’d give them 100/10, they are excellent at what they do, and I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.
