Brandon approaches real estate as an advisor first and a salesperson second. After more than 15 years representing buyers and sellers throughout Seattle and the Eastside, he’s known for giving direct, thoughtful advice—even when it isn’t what a client expects to hear.

Brandon believes great representation starts long before negotiations. It means understanding construction, market trends, inspections, pricing strategy, and the details that influence a home’s long-term value. His clients rely on him to simplify complex decisions, identify opportunities others overlook, and avoid costly mistakes.

For Brandon, real estate has always been personal. Every client relationship is a reflection of who he is, the standards he holds himself to, and the communities he’s proud to be part of.

His goal isn’t simply to help clients buy or sell a home. It’s to help them make decisions they’ll feel good about years later.

What I Believe

“Real estate has never been about selling for the sake of selling. The goal has always been building relationships.

If you truly care, you’ll take the time to stay organized, stay informed, build a process, and keep improving your craft so every client receives your very best.

My goal has never been to close one transaction. It’s to become the trusted advisor my clients call for years to come.”

A Little More About Brandon

Brandon and his wife Melissa chose Mercer Island as home, where they’re raising their daughter. Living in the community gives him a firsthand perspective on the neighborhoods, schools, parks, commute patterns, and day-to-day lifestyle that shape many of his clients’ decisions.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Brandon on Lake Washington with his family, coaching youth sports, playing basketball at the Washington Athletic Club, or exploring another corner of Seattle. Whether it’s a Mariners game, an evening at the The Crocodile, or Art Walk in Pioneer Square, he believes the best way to understand a place is to experience it.

For Brandon, helping clients isn’t just about finding the right house. It’s about helping them find a community they’ll love being part of.
